If you installed mods on the game, that might be the problem too since some mods don't go well with others and crash the game or won't let it start due to the fact that multiple mods are trying to access the same files and overwrite them countering eachother. This goes without saying that you all reaady have powerful enough machines to run the game, you didn't cheat or modify the game files in any way, and you have all ready checked that your antivirus is allowing your application to work. If this method doesn't work for you then you have to uninstall the game and delete it's registries as well followed by a simple PC restart before reinstalling which is also easy, you can even google it.
